Talenvora Technology Partners provides its services through independent contractors rather than a permanent employee team. For each engagement, the firm engages engineers whose skills match the work, and remains your company’s contractual counterparty throughout.
That means one agreement and one invoice for you, while the engineers who contribute are engaged and paid by the firm.
Which engineers work on an engagement depends on the skills it calls for, and is discussed with you before work begins. This is a services business, not recruiting: engineers are not placed into permanent roles on your payroll.
